Tix 4 Kids
Is a network of local Donors and Partner Agencies (schools and youth serving organizations) that work together to make recreational, cultural, and enrichment opportunities available for children who will benefit from these experiences.

Tix 4 Kids has been made possible through a generous grant from the Rochester Area Foundation. The program is coordinated through the Olmsted County Youth Commission.
Since November 2008, over 2,000 enrichment opportunities have been made available to young people in our community whose access is limited.

General Guidelines
Partner Agencies accept donated tickets/opportunities from Tix 4 Kids when there is a certainty that children will use the tickets in a timely manner.
Partner Agencies are responsible for identifying children within the network and arranging for appropriate transportation and supervision.
Tickets are appropriated at the discretion of Partner Agencies (and Tix 4 Kids) to children who are working toward higher academic achievement, and/or improved attitude toward school.
Tickets should never be used by staff, nor by families or friends of staff, without the consent of Tix 4 Kids. Tickets should also never, under any circumstances, be sold. Failure to comply with this expectation may lead to suspension or removal from the Tix 4 Kids Partner Program.
Recipients of the tickets, (preferably the children), are expected to write a letter of thanks. These letters should be sent to Tix 4 Kids where they will be forwarded to the original ticket donor.
