| The Bright Futures Program works with pregnant or parenting teens who are 18 years of age and younger. The program provides case management services from both a social worker and/or a public health nurse. |

These voluntary services are client driven, we listen to and work with the client on their various goals. Visits may be done in-home, at school, etc., and are held at least monthly. An intake team meeting, with multiple service providers is offered, including (Mayo Clinic, financial worker, and school representatives). This meeting helps families make connections to other community service agencies. |

We recognize that the young parents have other important people in their lives. These people may also be invited to participate in many aspects of these services, while still allowing for specific services and time for the young parent. |

These young families receive ongoing support and information in many areas including:
- Healthy pregnancy
- Child development
- Parenting
- Housing
- Budgeting
- Parental rights
- Education and work goals
- One on one case management services
- Regular group activities that include both information topics and fun activities including:
- Structured child care provided by PAIIR
- First aid, home safety, infant memory books, and cooking meals together
