In Good Health Newsletters

The In Good Health is a health and wellness newsletter. This monthly newsletter, created by Olmsted County Public Health Services, is intended to be shared broadly in the community. Please feel free to distribute electronically or print copies for use with your organization.

We hope that organizations will use the health information (selected articles or in its entirety) in their own methods of communication. All articles are reproducible. A word document is attached so that you may tailor to fit your own needs (add your own contact information, or change the title to fit your own identity) or a PDF file if you wish to forward electronically or to print without changes.
