Family Resource Directory

 
The Community Connections Family Resource Directory is updated each fall and provides phone numbers for area resources ranging from adoption counseling and placement to violence counseling and shelters.  Inclusion of services in this pamphlet does not imply endorsement nor is it intended to be a comprehensive listing of all resources available in the county for families.  You are encouraged to find out as much as possible about an organization before making a decision to use their services and seek other resources as possible.
