• Detectives were informed by Olmsted County Social Services about a residence in the 700 block of Upper Meadow Lane NW in Rochester that was operating a health care facility without a license. Case is under investigation. (2010012526)
• Deputy was dispatched to an apartment at 111 SE 2nd Street in Stewartville for an assault call.  Brandon  F. Cannedy charged with domestic assault-gross misdemeanor. (2010013195)
• Deputy was dispatched to the VonWald Shelter on Bamber Valley Road for a report of a missing juvenile male. (2010013273)
• Deputy was dispatched to a residence at 600 SW 7th Street in Oronoco for a report of theft from a mailbox. The contents of a package had been stolen and the empty box put back in the mailbox.  Deputy made a report.  He also advised the victim to have her broken mailbox fixed. (2010013231)
