| Olmsted County sponsors a parent led adoption support group. The group is open to the public and is tailored to meet the support and educational needs of foster parents, those families considering adoption, or those families who have adopted privately, publicly, domestically or internationally. |

The mission is to offer families a forum to receive post adoption support that will enable them to:
- network with other adoptive families
- learn about new resources and training
- share any questions or concerns with group members
- form new partnerships with other adoptive families
- enhance their ability to manage the complexity and lifelong process of adoption

| The group meets on the fourth Thursday of every month at 1025 Mayowood Road SW from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm except in November and December when meetings are on the third Thursday. (Note: if school is canceled due to inclement weather, etc., the group is canceled as well.) |
Child care is provided on-site by a trained social worker. Please register by notifying Debra Dalin at the contact information below and indicate how many children and their age(s) will be in attendance. |
