Children's Mental Health Resource Center assists children ages 3 to 18. In order to qualify for services, your child must be: |
- Identified as having Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) as defined by Minnesota Statute.
- Is an Olmsted County resident.
- At risk of being placed or admitted to an in-patient or residential treatment program.
- Experiencing seriously impaired functioning at home, school or in the community as a result of their severe emotional disturbance.
- Currently involved in two or more systems of care.
