Helping match local resources with needs, assisting families problem-solve to find solutions to meet their goals, and helping people apply for benefits for which they may be eligible. |
Homeless Prevention Assistance Program
Short term assistance with rent or one-time help with mortgage payments when families are at risk of homelessness. Case management to maintain housing and employment for longer term stability and self-sufficiency. |
Other Supports |
- Short term help with crisis or employment-related needs.
- Loan applications available for the Family Loan Program to help with purchase or repair of a car, security deposits, down payments on a mobile home or employment-related tools.
- Voice mail boxes for those who do not have phones.
