NEW–LandShark:
A new web-based system for researching and viewing land records, ie: deeds, mortgages, etc. This application allows Land Records customers to sign onto the Olmsted County Property Records system via pre-authorized user ID and password.

Occasional User Self-Registration is now available!
With the use of a credit card, you can now sign-in to LandShark for daily use. Credit Cards accepted are Discover, American Express, Visa and MasterCard. There will be a convenience fee of $3.00 for each session that you are signed in, along with a $1.00 charge for each document detail page, $1.00 for viewing the first page of a document and $.50 for each additional page of the same document.

New information on marriage licenses
Effective August 1, 2009, State of Minnesota requires that both of the applicants need to appear in person for the processing of the application.
They may appear at different times on the same day.
The 5 day wait begins after both signatures are secured.
