The Region 10 counties are developing a service delivery model for Integrated Behavorial Health Care across the region. County staff, consumers, and community partners from Dodge, Fillmore, Goodhue, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca, and Winona counties attended the kickoff event to look at new and innovative ways for service delivery.

The New San Marco Apartments in Duluth, MN opened their doors in May 2007.
