Application Assistance & Outreach
Helping match local resources with needs, assisting families problem-solve and find solutions to meet their goals, and helping people apply for benefits for which they may be eligible.

Homeless Prevention Assistance Program
Short term assistance with rent or one-time help with mortgage payments when families risk homelessness as well as case management to maintain housing and employment for longer term stability and self-sufficiency.

Family Assets for Independence in Minnesota (FAIM)
A savings program to help low-income households build assets for purchasing a home or paying for higher education.

Other Supports
Short term help with crisis or employment-related needs. Loan applications available for the Family Loan Program to help with purchase or repair of a car, for security deposits or down payments on a mobile home or getting employment-related tools.  Voice mail boxes for those who do not have phones.
