OCHRA meetings are usually held the second Monday of the month, 12:00 - 1:00 pm at the OCHRA located at 2122 Campus DR SE, Rochester, MN 55904. Meetings are open to the public. Minutes for the previous meeting are posted as part of the agenda for the upcoming meeting. Agendas are also available on the internet a couple of days prior to the meeting.

In Olmsted County housing discrimination complaints can be filed with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) or the Minnesota Department of Human Rights.
