Rental Assistance
There are two types of rental assistance programs administered by the OCHRA, tenant based - the assistance follows the tenant and project based - the participant must live in a particular unit (project) to receive the assistance. This section also includes the current income limits, utility allowances, and fair market rents.

The following rehabilitation programs provide financing to lower income households to make improvements to the structure of homes they own and occupy:

OCHRA Rentals
These properties are either operated by our agency or leased to another agency. There are photo's of the most of the properties.
Other Programs
Federal Law prohibits housing discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, family status, or disability. In Olmsted County housing discrimination complaints can be filed with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) or the Minnesota Department of Human Rights.
