Development
The City of Rochester has developed a Rochester Development Guide Booklet that may be viewed for information about the land development process within the city. This booklet should be used as a guide only for information purposes, the adopted rules for proceeding through the development approval process is found within the Rochester Land Development Manual and Zoning Ordinance. The Planning Department staff is also available to assist you.
