Rehabilitation Programs

The four programs listed below provide financing to lower income households to make improvements to the structure of homes they own and occupy:

Community Fix Up
Fix-Up Fund
MHFA Rehabilitation Program
Rochester Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Rehabilitation Program

The following two programs provide financing to landlords to make improvements to rental property they own:

6 Percent Rental Rehab Loan
HOME Rental Rehabilitation Program
