UCC's

Olmsted County is not a Satellite office for the UCC Division of the Minnesota Secretary of State. We do not accept UCC1 filings or amendments. You can file them with one of the surrounding counties who remain satellite offices OR you can file directly with the Minnesota Secretary of State on their web site.

Fixture Filing Statements are recorded in the same manner as any other document for recording. The fee is $46.00 and must have a legal description on the document.
