Intoxicating Liquor License
Anyone who engages in the sale of intoxicating liquor within Olmsted County is required to first obtain a license.
Where to Apply:
- To obtain a liquor license for an establishment within the city limits, applications must be submitted to the city clerk (City Licenses)
- To obtain a liquor license for an establishment outside the city limits, applications must be submitted to Olmsted County.

- On Sale Liquor License - $ 2,850.00
- On Sale and Off Sale Liquor License - $ 3,050.00
- On Sale Sunday Intoxicating - $ 200.00
3.2% Malt Liquor License
Anyone who engages in the sale of 3.2% malt liquor within Olmsted County is required to first obtain a license.
Where to Apply:
- For a 3.2% malt liquor license for an establishment in the city limits, applications must be submitted to the city clerk. (City Licenses)
- For a 3.2% malt liquor license for an establishment outside the city limits, applications must be submitted to Olmsted County. The license runs for the period of January 1 through December 31. Forms can be downloaded and mailed with appropriate fees to:

- On Sale Beer License - $ 200.00
- Off Sale Beer License - $ 100.00
- Temporary Beer License - $ 30.00
Wine License
(Not to exceed 14% of alcohol by volume)

- For a Wine License for an establishment in the city limits, applications must be submitted to the city clerk. (City Licenses)
- For a Wine License for an establishment outside the city limits, applications must be submitted to Olmsted County. The license runs for the period of January 1 through December 31. Forms can be downloaded and mailed with appropriate fee to:
