Miscellaneous Permits and Licenses

Please note:  All licenses need to be approved by the Approval Authority listed below.  Applications must be submitted with all necessary additional information to Vital Records and Licensing by 9 am on the Wednesday prior to the board meeting.  Board meetings are typically held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. The 2nd Tuesday meeting is at 9:00 a.m. and the 4th Tuesday at 3:00 p.m.

Some licenses need to be submitted 30 days prior to the event.
