Hiking
A mile long hard surfaced trail links the campground, boat launch, fishing pier, and picnic areas. Approximately 15 miles of primitive trails loop through undeveloped areas of the park
On dual use trails shared with horses, give horseback riders warning of your approach and give them right of way to assure safety for riders and others.
Equestrian
Open for Riding: May 1st
Closed for Riding: Nov. 1st
Trails may be closed if conditions are deemed unfit or unsafe by the park manager. Call ahead for information: (507) 285-7050.
Bridle permits required for each mount. $6.00 daily or $30.00 annually
