Chester Woods Campground is currently OPEN.

52 Unit campground loops through a wooded area.

Restrooms with showers.

Handicapped accessible (2 sites).

2 sets of playground equipment are located near the campsites along with several informal play fields.

Reservations may be made in person or by mail, but will be accepted only when accompanied by advance payment in full.
Currently, payment is by check if making a reservation through the mail and by cash or check if paying at the Park Entrance.
To help facilitate your stay, and if you are mailing in your reservation, please fill out a camping permit and send it along with payment to the address above.

Reservations must be received a minimum of five days prior to the reservation date.

Group camping is not allowed.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
With regrets we need to inform you that the On Line Reservation-Pay System used for the Chester Woods Campground has been discontinued. During the first year of this pilot program, it has been determined that there are some technical issues with the system that cannot be overcome in a timely fashion.
We will continue to look for ways to solve this problem in an effort to serve you better in the future. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you in the future.
