The Olmsted County Survey Division provides professional survey services for the Public Works Department and all other county agencies. We recover and maintain the PLSS (Public Land Survey System) corners. Horizontal control, aerial photography, and survey record maintenance are also provided.

Fees:

Subdivision Plat fees or Registered Land Survey Plat fees are the following: $150.00 per Plat with an additional $20.00 for each lot/unit or outlot.

22" by 34" hardcopies of these images can be purchased at Olmsted County Public Works - 2122 Campus Drive SE - Suite 200 for $5.00

Plat Books may be purchased at the front desk of Olmsted County Public Works - 2122 Campus Drive SE - Suite 200 for $35. You may also purchase them at Olmsted Soil and Water Conservation District, located at: 1485 Industrial Drive NW Room 102 Rochester, MN 55901.
