Visiting takes place via video conference from the ADC Work Release Facility across from the Government Center at 140 4th Street SE.

To save time, you may print and complete this document prior to your visit and present it, along with your government issued photo ID, to the Work Release Deputy facilitating visitation upon your arrival.
