The Cascade Town Board meets the first Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. The meetings are held at the Cascade Township Hall located at 2025 75th St NE, Rochester MN 55906.

Zoning & Permit Information

For zoning administration and to obtain permits in Cascade Township, not within the city limits of Rochester, contact the Township Cooperative Planning Association (TCPA).

Residents within the City of Rochester should contact Rochester Building Safety Department to obtain building permits and Rochester-Olmsted County Planning and Zoning Department for zoning administration.
