The Haverhill Town Board meets the third Wednesday of each month at 8:00 p.m. The meetings are held at the Township Hall located at 4000 NE 55 Avenue, Rochester MN 55906.

Zoning & Permit Information

For zoning administration and to obtain permits in Haverhill Township, not within the city limits of Rochester, contact the Township Cooperative Planning Association (TCPA).

Residents within the City of Rochester should contact Rochester Building Safety Department to obtain building permits and Rochester-Olmsted County Planning and Zoning Department for zoning administration.
