The Kalmar Town Board meets the third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. The meetings are held at the Township Hall located at 8507 Town Hall Rd NW, Byron MN 55920.

For zoning administration and to obtain permits in Kalmar Township, outside the City of Byron, contact the Township Cooperative Planning Association (TCPA). For residents in the City of Byron, contact the Byron City Clerk.
