The Marion Town Board meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. The meetings are held at the Township Hall, 3746 SE 50 Avenue, Rochester MN 55904.

For zoning administration and to obtain permits for residents in Marion Township, not within the city limits of Rochester, please contact the Rochester-Olmsted County Planning and Zoning Department. Residents within the City of Rochester, contact Rochester Building Safety Department to obtain building permits. For zoning administration within the City of Rochester, contact the Rochester-Olmsted Planning Department.
