The Rochester Town Board meets the second Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. The meetings are held at the Rochester Township Hall, 4111 SW 11 Ave, Rochester MN 55902.

Zoning & Permit Information

For zoning administration and to obtain permits in Rochester Township, not within the city limits of Rochester, contact the Township Cooperative Planning Association (TCPA). Residents within the City of Rochester, contact Rochester Building Safety Department to obtain building permits. For zoning administration within the City of Rochester, contact the Rochester-Olmsted County Planning and Zoning Department.
