Confidential testing for several sexually transmitted infections (hepatitis b, gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis and HIV*) are available through Public Health Services.  All testing and counseling services are performed at our office, 2100 Campus Drive SE (first floor) and all information is confidential.

Appointments required for all testing

Services available for adults (18 years and older):

  • Hepatitis A and B vaccine when appropriate 
  • Free condoms 
  • Testing, treatment, and education for the following STD's:
   Test  Results Availability 
Chlamydia    Urine   Within 7 days 
Gonorrhea Urine  Within 7 days 
Syphilis  Blood from vein  Within 7 days 
HIV 1 & 2  Blood from finger stick   Same day
Hepatitis B Blood from vein Within 7 days 
Hepatitis C Blood from vein  Within 7 days 

 

Fees:

Cost for services is based on the individual tests which are performed.  We accept cash, Medical Assistance, and U-Care as payment for services.  We are unable to accept private insurance.  

*Since HIV is spread primarily through sexual practices or by sharing needles, prevention messages on this site may address those topics. HIV prevention materials funded by CDC must be approved by local program review panels. However, the materials may be considered controversial by some viewers.
