Ways to Get Involved:The Healthy Communities Collaborative consists of community members representing various sectors including schools, businesses, healthcare, government, non-profits and concerned citizens. The goal of this collective impact workgroup is to reduce and prevent obesity. Meeting Information: meets on the first Thursday four times a year (February, May, August and November) from 8:00-9:30 am at the Rochester Area Foundation.
