Youth Behavioral Health (YBH)

 
 

YBH serves Olmsted County youth, ages 3 to 21, and their families that are struggling with mental health or behavioral concerns, parent-child conflicts, truancy, or substance abuse. Case Managers act as advocates and assist in coordination of community based services designed to help the youth and their family gain access to needed services.

Intake Process

  • The family contacts intake worker to see if they qualify for services
    •  Phone: 507 328-6400
  • The child's current mental health assessment is preferred to assist the intake worker to determine available services
  • The intake worker will meet with the family to discuss possible services and to complete the intake process
  • If appropriate, a case manager can be assigned
