This site is to provide information, updates, and schedules for Capital Projects taking place at Graham Park. We will give you the latest updates from what’s taking place at the Graham Park.

2020 is set to be a busy year for deferred maintenance projects at Graham Park which includes Graham Arena which is owned by Olmsted County.

2020-2021 Projects:

  • New Graham Arena Chiller plant which will operate Graham Arena 1 and Graham Arena 2  (Project set to be completed by end of June 2020)

  • New Bleachers and Paint in Graham Arena 1 (Project set to be completed by October 2020)

  • New LED lighting in Graham Arena Lobby (Project completed March 2020)

  • New flooring, LED lights, blenches, faucets, partitions in Graham Arena 2 lockerrooms and restrooms (Project set to be completed July 2020)

  • New steel exterior wall panels on Graham Arena 2 east wall (Project set to be completed October 2020)

  • New tables in Graham Arena Lobby (Project completed March 2020) 

  • New bottle filling drinking fountains in Graham Arena 1, 2, & 3 (Project completed March 2020)

  •  Landscaping around Graham Arena (Project set to be completed June 2020)

  • Public WIFI in Graham Arena and Vendor WIFI throughout the grounds (Project set to be completed June 2020)

  • New exterior LED lights on buildings, infield, and parking lots throughout Graham Park (Project set to be completed by July 2020)

  • Adding Air-conditioning in the 4H Building (Project set to be completed by October 2020)

  • New steel roofing and side panels on Building 35 (Project set to be completed by October 2020)

  • Remodeling the Fair Board Office so it can be used year-round and is ADA accessible (Project set to be completed by May 2021)

  • Tuck Pointing and Block Repair on Fair Board Office, Building 35, Floral Hall and 4H Building (Project set to be completed by July 2020)

  • Reconstructing the portable ticket booth with new siding, windows, door, and LED Lights (Project set to be completed by July 2020) 

  • The Midway Lot has a second lift of asphalt to put on, sidewalk to be poured, and landscaping to be completed (Project set to be completed by June 2020) 

  • Mill and overlay of the East, South, and West parking lots around Graham Arena (Project set to be completed by July 2020)

  •  Midway Lot Restroom Remodel will include painting, ADA inprovements, and new toilets (Project set to be completed May 2021)
