Career Development and Growth Opportunities  

We encourage employees to learn and grow in a variety of ways: 
  • Organizational Development Program: This program offers the opportunity for direct learning and professional development through courses sponsored and/or provided by Olmsted County. 
  • Leadership Series: This series provides leadership development with two different paths: One option is for employees currently in supervisory or leadership roles who are looking to refresh or improve their skills. The second option is for emerging leaders who may not yet be in a supervisory or leadership role but are interested in development.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: This program provides a percentage reimbursement of eligible tuition expenses to employees who have passed their initial probationary period.
