Olmsted County Zoning District Amendment #O2020-001ZC by Michael Fish for a request is a zoning district amendment from A-1 to ARC-LILI Agricultural/Resource Commercial/Land Intensive Low Impact Uses. The future use if the zoning district amendment is permitted would require a conditional use permit for a wholesale bakery. The property is located in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 10 Eyota Township T106N R12W. It is north of Hwy 14 east of 110 Ave SE.

The property is located in the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 6, Rochester Township, west of Lilly Farm Subdivision and north of Boulder Creek Subdivision.
