Olmsted County #O2017-001EAW by Olmsted-Wabasha Lake Zumbro Joint Powers Board proposes the Lake Zumbro Restoration Projet which includes dredging at nine specified locations to remove accumulated sediments and transport these sediment to a disposal site approximately 1.7 miles east of Lake Zumbro to be dewatered and disposed as appropriate.

Olmsted County Land Use Plan Map Amendment #O2017-004LUPA by the City of Byron to integrate the City of Byron’s Comprehensive Plan & Neighborhood Districts Concept Plan (Land Use Map), including their 50-Year Urban Reserve Boundary, into the Olmsted County Future Land Use Map. This would add the South Half of Sections 31-33 as well as the SW ¼ of Section 34 Kalmar Township to the current Urban Service Area boundary, for a total of approximately 1120 acres, located on the south side of TH 14.
